Our Advisory Board

The CFJS Advisory Board (AB) is responsible for the governance of the Canadian Federation of Jewish Students.

The AB is responsible to ensure that the Canadian Jewish student population opinions and views are represented and their voices are heard at the national level. The representatives to the AB commit to share concerns, grassroots initiatives and similar requests and suggestions that have been brought to their attention within their constituencies. This mandate will help guarantee that the national representation, direction and governance through CFJS are reflective of the general Canadian Jewish student population and/or are in accordance with the local leadership of Hillels, JSAs, IACs etc.

The members of the AB are the elected presidents of the member organizations of CFJS, including Hillels, JSAs, IOCs, and IACs.
